HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

At Votuso, orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 11 business days. For international deliveries, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit time.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Please note that tracking numbers can take 1–2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. In rare instances, a package may be delayed or misplaced by the carrier. If there’s no update on your tracking information after several days, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for further assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

At Votuso, we typically ship orders within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an extra 1 to 2 weeks for delivery due to transit times.
